This was the first partscaster I put together. I spent lots of time modding my other guitars and this was the culmination of everything I wanted in a strat. It has a MJT body that I commissioned them to make for me, Daphne Blue over a Two Tone Sunburst. I wanted something that looked a little wild, so I chose the paint over paint heavy relic to have something that was akin to Vai's swirl Jem or Van Halen's striped guitars. The neck was built by USACG. It is a roasted maple neck, with an asymmetrical shape, 9.5 to 12 compound radius, stainless steel frets and clay dots.
The pickups are Wolfetones, a Marshallhead in the bridge that I absolutely love. It is not potted so it is a very lively pickup. Wolfetone Flashbacks in the neck and middle. The bridge is a Super Vee BladeRunner. It has a 920D "Suhr style wiring harness that lets the single coils "see" a 250k pot and the full humbucker "sees" a 500k pot. Great tremolo that stays in tune very well. Has Gotoh locking tuners.
I've played this guitar a ton since I built it. My favorite guitar until recently I have gone to playing the tele.
